Pete Evans announced a shock career change on Saturday as he continues to search for opportunities in the US after being forced off Aussie TV screens in 2020.

The disgraced celebrity chef, 52, was axed by Channel Seven and dumped by his book publisherPan MacMillan following a string of controversies at the time.

Now, the anti-vaxxer is shifting into the crypto currency sphere, as he revealed on Instagram he will be a speaker at a Las Vegas Bitcoin convention in May.

He said he was invited to talk at the world's largest Bitcoin convention, with tickets selling anywhere from USD$500 (AUD$793) to USD$3,000 (AUD$4,760).

'I am honoured and excited to be speaking at Bitcoin Vegas in May on the marriage of long term regenerative health and wealth for ALL,' he said.

The former My Kitchen Rules host is expected to speak alongside the likes of US senators and tech billionaires.

The former TV star, who is a very open supporter of US President Donald Trump, appears to be setting roots down in the US of late.

The cancelled chefmet with Trump, 78,and billionaire Elon Muskas part of the Make America Healthy Again program earlier this month.

The trio gathered at the president's Floridaresidence Mar-a-Lago after it was announced he will be joining the program and working with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Pete had previously posted photos of himself alongside RFK Jr while wearing the infamous MAGA hat.

At the time, he boasted to his Instagram and X followers he had met with Trump and 53-year-old Musk.

'Beautiful evening at [Mar-a-Lago] with some wonderful friends who invited me for dinner,' Evans said on X, formerly known as Twitter and now owned by Musk.

'Got to meet and shake hands with the legendary DJ that was spinning the tracks all night for his gueststhe President as well as [Musk] and [James O'Keefe].'

The post was another sign Pete was making a comeback after he was 'cancelled' for his controversial views on Covid and the vaccine.

Pete previously told US outlet Newsmax TV he's 'back from being cancelled' and would be collaborating with RFK Jr. after recently publishing his new book Healthy Food for Health Kids.

'It's such an honour to work with Children's Health Defence and Bobby's [RFK Jr] team,' he said.

'Bobby is one of the most miraculous, brave, beautiful individuals that I've had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with over the last four or five years and he inspires me daily as he no doubt inspires a lot of people.

'I just want to congratulate him for the tenacity, determination and for what he is about to change, and I believe, bring to the fore. I think sometimes health is pushed to the side of the news so thanks for having me on.'

Pete had both his Facebook and Instagram accounts deleted by the social media giant after it accused him of 'repeatedly sharing debunked claims about the coronavirus or vaccines' at the height of the pandemic.

He went on to court more controversy when he posted a cartoon on Instagram featuring a Nazi 'black sun' symbol.
